Review & reputation engine

Turn happy customers into 5-star reviews.

Reviews are what win the click on Google — and most businesses have too few. AIOS Coach asks every customer at the right moment, makes leaving a review a single tap, and shows your best ones off across your site. Your rating climbs while you work.

Why reviews decide who gets called

Great work you can't see doesn't win the click.

  • Buyers check Google reviews first — and call the business with more, better ones
  • You have happy customers, but only a handful ever leave a review
  • Asking in person is awkward, and by the time you follow up you've both forgotten
  • A single unanswered 1-star review scares off people you never even hear from
  • Competitors with a stronger rating get chosen before you're in the running
What the review engine does

Ask everyone.
Make it one tap.
Show it off.

The full loop — from finished job to a fresh 5-star review on Google, automatically.

Auto-requests reviews

Right after the job, it texts and emails a review request while the experience is still fresh — so far more people actually leave one.

Perfect timing

One tap to Google

A single link drops them straight into your Google review box, so nobody has to hunt for your listing or lose interest along the way.

Frictionless

A direct line to you

Every customer gets the same Google link, plus a private way to reach you directly. It's an extra option for everyone, never a filter in front of Google.

Same ask for all

Responds to every review

Drafts on-brand replies to new reviews — the good and the bad — so your profile looks active, human, and cared-for.

Always answered

Shows reviews on your site

A live widget puts your best reviews right on your homepage, where they close the sale for visitors on the fence.

Social proof

Monitors your reputation

Watches Google and other sites and alerts you the moment a new review lands — so nothing sits unanswered.

Always watching
Why not just…

More reviews, less awkward.

Asking by hand

Hit or miss

  • You forget to ask right when it matters most
  • Customers mean to, then never get around to it
  • No system, so your rating barely moves
A generic review app

Blunt & bolted-on

  • Blasts the same message to everyone, once
  • Clunky links that lose people before they post
  • No responses, no monitoring, no showcase
AIOS Coach review engine

A real reputation loop

  • Asks every customer at the right moment — one tap
  • One Google link for everyone, plus a direct line to you
  • Responds, monitors, and showcases — all wired in

Why this one holds up

A review engine that keeps asking, and doesn't leave you holding it.

More reviews is not a one-time push. Here's why this keeps working month after month, and what happens on the rare day something needs attention.

A human in the loop

Your request messages are written in your voice, and every reply to a public review is drafted, then checked by a person before it posts. Nothing goes out in your name unread.

Reviewed, not auto-sent

No single point of failure

Your review requests and the showcase widget run on GoHighLevel, right alongside your CRM, and keep going on their own. It isn't a bolted-on app that quietly stops sending after a week.

Always-on foundation

Monitored and owned

Someone watches your new reviews and your rating so you never become the IT department. If requests stop going out or a review sits unanswered, we catch it.

You're not on call

By Google's rules

No bought, fake, or hidden reviews. That breaks Google's policy and puts your profile at risk. Just a well-timed, honest ask that makes leaving a review easy.

Safe & by the rules
Who it's for

Built for businesses that live on their star rating.

Local & service businesses

Customers read your reviews before they call

Home services and trades, real estate, health & wellness, salons & med-spas, professional services: anyone whose next customer compares star ratings before picking up the phone.

  • Ask every customer, not just the ones you remember
  • Answer every review, the good and the bad
  • Put your best reviews on your own website
  • Stop losing the click to a better-rated competitor
Happy customers, few reviews

The work is good. The asking is missing.

If most of your customers leave pleased but only a handful ever post, the gap is the ask, not the work. Our team builds the loop that asks right after the job, while the experience is still fresh.

  • A text and email request after every job
  • One tap straight into your Google review box
  • An alert the moment a new review lands
  • On-brand replies drafted for every review

Why we built AIOS Coach
"Our team doesn't outsource this. We built and run this system ourselves — including on our own insurance practice — before we ever sold it to anyone. Now our team builds the same operating system for other local businesses. You get the customers. The system does the rest."

FAQ

Straight answers.

Asking by hand for now? Our guide has the scripts: how to ask customers for Google reviews.

Is this against Google's rules?

No. We never buy, fake, or hide reviews, and we never ask only the happy customers — that violates Google's policy and we won't risk your profile. We simply ask every customer at the right moment, with the same Google link, and make it easy to leave an honest one. A private way to reach you is offered to everyone too, as an extra option, never as a filter in front of Google.

How does it actually get me more reviews?

Three things most businesses don't do consistently: it asks every customer (not just the ones you remember), at the moment they're happiest, with a one-tap link. That consistency is what moves your rating.

What about negative reviews?

Every request also offers a private way to reach you directly, so anyone with a problem can tell you and you can make it right. It goes to every customer alongside the Google link, never in place of it. For anything that does post publicly, we draft a calm, professional response — an unanswered bad review does more damage than the review itself.

Which review sites does it cover?

Google first — it's what matters most for getting found locally — plus Facebook and other sites you care about.

Do my customers need an app or account?

No app. They tap one link in a text or email and land on your Google review box. Google does ask reviewers to be signed in to a Google account; the link takes care of everything else.

Will it annoy my customers?

No — it's one well-timed, personal ask, and you control the frequency and wording. Done right, most customers are glad to help a business they liked.

How fast will I see more reviews?

Usually within the first couple of weeks as jobs complete and requests go out. The rating climbs steadily from there.

What does it cost?

It depends on your volume and what you connect it to. Start with the free audit — you'll get a clear scope and a straight price, no pressure.
